THE STORY ABOUT THE GEISHA WITH THE LONG HAIR.

I drew this girl long time ago, she was just a sketch for a year, I had not idea about what to do with her, I changed the color, the background, even the hair, but nothing works. Finally one day I started to draw a flower pattern, and them I understand that both illustration are connected, now she have a story to talk, how a girl with the long hair becomes a Geisha. For me it is a mix, because the flowers could have a Hawaiian spirit, she have the manga identity, (maybe from Ghost in the Shell), and the Japanese Kimono.

THE PATTERN

This illustration have a mix of techniques, I use pencil, shadow pencil, flat colors, digital pen, etc. I made it with iPad Pro and Procreate and my Cintiq Pro and Photoshop.
